The entire experience is cash-free. Drivers get their money right through the app. Drivers can rest assured knowing they’ll get their money without the need to ask for money in the car.
Payment processing services on Wheeli are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to use Wheeli, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Wheeli enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Wheeli accurate and complete information about you, and you authorize Wheeli to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Booking transactions will be deposited directly into your bank account. Allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Wheelster passengers‘ credit card are charged 48 hours prior to the stated time of departure. Visit the Refunds and Cancellations section to find out more.
A reservation is not officially canceled until Wheeli sends a cancellation confirmation email.
If a cancellation email is not received, contact Wheeli at email@example.com.
Credit card charges usually take up to 5-7 business days to be removed depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you need to cancel your ride for any reason, please do so as early as possible to allow passengers time to find an alternative transportation option.
To cancel an upcoming ride:
Passengers will be notified via email of your cancellation.
Passengers will receive a refund if a driver cancels a ride. If you are having issues with canceling the ride, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Passengers may cancel a (unconfirmed) seat request at any time without charge.
Passengers may cancel a confirmed seat for up to 24 hours prior to the stated time of departure without incurring any penalties - or within 1 hour of being accepted by the driver.
If a passenger cancels less than 24 hours before the ride departure time - and more than 1 hour after being accepted, half of the seat price is sent to the driver as compensation and the rest is returned to that passenger.
